TIED WITH INTENTION - Bouquets come pre-tied for shape. You can keep the string, or remove it and freestyle.

THE VASE - Choose one that isn't clear glass—it keeps the focus on the flowers and looks more polished.

SHAPE IT - Gently bend the stems to create the stability, height, shape, and the flow you want.

TRIM WITH CARE - You can cut the stems if needed—just seal the ends and keep them out of water. But keep in mind: once trimmed, they become your forever flora, and swaps unfortunately won't apply as they become hard for us to reuse.

DUST IT OFF - To freshen them up, just use a duster or a hairdryer on a cold, low setting.

INDOOR PREFERRED - For long-lasting color, keep them inside or in shaded spots.

STORING - Keep them in a cool, dry spot. Cover with a bag or pop them in a box to avoid dust.

1. REFUNDS & RETURNS                                                                                                                                                         

1.1 Refunds

• 14 days open purchase. The products must then be in unused condition, and in the original box. Refunds are not provided except in cases of defective products.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized bouquets are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. EXCHANGE PROGRAM

2.1 Eligibility for Exchange

• Customers can exchange a previously purchased bouquet within 6 months of the original purchase date.
• The bouquet must be in good condition (determined at the company’s discretion) to qualify for an exchange.

2.2 Exchange Credit

• Customers will receive a credit worth 30% of the original bouquet’s price.
• The credit can only be used towards the purchase of a new bouquet and cannot be redeemed for cash.

2.3 Return Process

• Customers must register their exchange via our website using the order number and provided exchange code.
• A pre-paid return shipping label will be provided for eligible exchanges.
• Upon receiving the returned bouquet, the company will inspect it to ensure it meets the criteria for exchange before processing the credit.
