HOW TO RETURN

1. Check return conditions: Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery date in original packaging and unused condition.
2. Contact us: Register your return in the registration form.
3. Receive return instructions: Register your return at Budbee for pick up at home. You have 14 days to return your order after receiving it. If you wish to return your order, the return fee is 99 SEK.
4. Send back the product: Pack the product securely preferably in your original package and send it back via Budbee. Your package includes a packing slip to be used for the return.
5. Refund: Once we receive and approve your return, we will refund the amount to your original payment method within 14 business days.
   
   

Please note: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.
