By reusing them, you reduce the environmental impact of fresh flowers—from production and transportation to waste.
As perfectionists, we handpick the finest faux flora available from our suppliers located across Europe. All of our faux flora are handmade from the finest quality materials and we carefully select fabrics to ensure they look as natural as possible. Many feature a real-touch layer, making them feel just like real flowers. Although materials that pose environmental challenges, such as silk and polyester, are still used, more manufacturers are shifting toward environmentally conscious production methods and materials for faux flora. This helps reduce their ecological footprint and aligns with growing consumer awareness around sustainability. For instance, the stems are often made from recycled plastic.
To clean your faux flora, gently use a hair dryer on the low, cold setting or a feather duster.
No, we recommend you to bend the stems. If you decide to cut the stems, you will not be able to return the faux flora bouquet.

THE BOUQUET SWAP
1. PLACE YOUR NEW ORDER
- Select the bouquet you would like to purchase from our online shop.
- At checkout, you’ll see a comment field. Enter your previous order number in this field so our team can link your return to your new purchase.
2. PREPARE AND SWAP YOUR PREVIOUS BOUQUET
- Ensure your old bouquet is in returnable condition, and carefully package it in the original IVY LAB packaging. If you haven’t kept the old packaging, don’t worry, simply use the new packaging that comes with your new bouquet.
- Book a return pick-up in the Budbee app or www.budbee.se or email us at info@ivylab.co
3. REFUND PROCESSING
- After the returned bouquet is verified, we will initiate your refund.
- You will receive 30% of the value of your original order credited back to the same payment method you originally used.
- Refunds are typically processed up to 14 business days after confirmation.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The swapping is only valid if:
- You have entered your previous order number during checkout of your new purchase.
- The bouquet is returned in a condition that complies with our return guidelines.
- This offer applies only once per order and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

We offer swapping up to 3 months after purchase.
The first one-off purchase is paid upfront at checkout in our shop. Within 3 months, you decide when you're ready for a new bouquet and can easily renew your bouquet. Your bouquet swap period starts when your new bouquet arrives and IVY LAB receives the returned one. Once our team has ensured that the bouquet remains in good condition and approved the return, you’ll receive a 30% refund – easy and circular!
If your returned bouquet is damaged, we will assess the condition and inform you of any deductions from your refund. We strive to be fair and transparent in our evaluations.
There is no additional fee for participating in the bouquet swap, except for additional return fee of 99 SEK. You only pay for the new bouquet, and we provide a 30% refund for the returned bouquet if it’s in good condition.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
Your bouquet will be delivered at your door in collaboration with our delivery courier Budbee.
Customers can always contact Budbee via the Budbee app or web-tracking link or phone.
You can live-chat with the consumer service team and get a reply within 24h.
The chat is open on delivery days between 09:00 and 22:30.

Once your order is completed, a confirmation email will be sent automatically. If you don’t receive it or have any questions, please contact us at info@ivylab.co. Please note that the confirmation only means we’ve started processing your order. A shipping confirmation will follow once the product is available and ready to ship.
For the best customer experience, we only offer home deliveries with Budbee. Your package will be delivered within 2–3 business days, with convenient afternoon or evening deliveries. Budbee strives to use renewable diesel or electricity for transportation. You can track your order live via Budbee and select your preferred delivery date and time.
Once you have completed your order and received your order number, the order is final and cannot be changed.
*Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays and high-demand periods. We kindly ask for your understanding.
Shipping cost are presented at checkout and are delivered to your door via Budbee. The shipping cost is 79 SEK with Budbee Home Delivery.
Currently, we only offer shipping within Sweden. Please contact our customer service for more details on international shipping options.

Register your return online here
For return pick-up, use Budbee. You have 14 days to return your order after receiving it. If you wish to return your order, the return fee is 99 SEK. Your package includes a packing slip to be used for the return.
After we have received and approved your return, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase, usually within 14 business days.
Unfortunately, we are unable to change or cancel your order once it has been placed. Once you have received your order number, the order is final and cannot be modified. This allows us to pack and ship your order as quickly as possible.
As a customer, you always have a 14-day return period and can, of course, choose to return your items to us.
