1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our services and products, including the sale and exchange of our faux flora bouquets. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. DEFINITIONS

Customer: Refers to any individual or entity purchasing or using our products/services.

Product(s): Refers to faux flora bouquets and related items sold by IVY LAB AB. Our bouquets are crafted from high-quality, lifelike materials and consist of brand-new flowers.

Bouquet swap: Refers to the service allowing customers to exchange their previously purchased bouquets for a discount on a new purchased bouquet.

3. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

3.1 Placing an order

All orders must be placed via our website or authorized sales channels.

Confirmation of an order will be sent via email.

3.2 Payment methods

We accept payments via credit card, debit card and other secure payment gateways listed on our website.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

3.3 Pricing

All prices are listed in SEK and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the delivery location.

4. DELIVERY

4.1 Shipping

For now, we only deliver to Sweden. Delivery times and costs are specified during checkout.

The company is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

4.2 Damaged or missing items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

5. THE BOUQUET SWAP

5.1 Place your order

  • Select the bouquet you would like to purchase from our online shop.
  • At checkout, you’ll see a comment field. Enter your previous order number in this field so our team can link your return to your new purchase.

5.2 Prepare and swap your previous bouquet

  • Ensure your old bouquet is in returnable condition, and carefully package it in the original IVY LAB packaging. If you haven’t kept the old packaging, don’t worry, simply use the new packaging that comes with your new bouquet.
  • Book a return pick-up in the Budbee app or www.budbee.se or contact us at info@ivylab.co

5.3 Refund processing

  • After the returned bouquet is verified, we will initiate your refund.
  • You will receive 30% of the value of your original order credited back to the same payment method you originally used.
  • Refunds are typically processed up to 14 business days after confirmation.

Important information

The swapping is only valid if:

  • You have entered your previous order number during checkout of your new purchase.
  • The bouquet is returned in a condition that complies with our return guidelines.
  • This offer applies only once per order and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

Follow these steps and you’ll enjoy your new bouquet while receiving a 30% refund for your previous one.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

6.1 Returns

Register your returns here. All returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery. The products must then be in unused condition and in the original box. Refunds are not provided in cases of defective products. When shipping your return, make sure to the package is securely sealed to avoid any damage.

For returns contact our customer service sending your order number and your bouquet name to info@ivylab.co.

Register your return also at Budbee for pick up at home.

6.2 Refunds

The products must then be in unused condition and in the original box. Refunds are not provided in cases of defective products. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase, usually within 14 business days. A return fee of 99 SEK will be deducted from your refund.

6.3 Non-returnable tems

Custom or personalized bouquets are not eligible for return or exchange.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, trademarks and content on our website are the exclusive property of IVY LAB AB.

Customers are not permitted to reproduce, distribute or use any content without prior written consent.

8. PRIVACY POLICY

We are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is collected, used and protected.

9. LIABILITY

The company is not responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

10. MODIFICATION TO TERMS

The company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
