1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our services and products, including the sale and exchange of our faux flora bouquets. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. DEFINITIONS

Company: IVY LAB AB, organisation number 559527-9224

Customer: Refers to any individual or entity purchasing or using our products/services.

Product(s): Refers to faux flora bouquets and related items sold by IVY LAB AB.

Bouquet Swap: Refers to the service allowing customers to exchange their previously purchased bouquets for a discount on a new purchased bouquet.

3. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

3.1 Placing an order

All orders must be placed via our website or authorized sales channels.

Confirmation of an order will be sent via email.

3.2 Payment methods

We accept payments via credit card, debit card and other secure payment gateways listed on our website.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

3.3 Pricing

All prices are listed in SEK and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the delivery location.

4. DELIVERY

4.1 Shipping

We deliver to Scandinavia and Europe. Delivery times and costs are specified during checkout.

The company is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

4.2 Damaged or missing items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

5. BOUQUET SWAP

5.1 Eligibility for Bouquet Swap

Customers can exchange a previously purchased bouquet within 3 months of the original purchase date.

The bouquet must be in good condition (as decided by the company) to qualify for an exchange.

5.2 Bouquet Swap credit

Customers will receive a credit worth 30% of the original bouquet’s price.

The credit can only be used towards the purchase of a new bouquet and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5.3 Return process

Customers must register their Bouquet Swap via our email info@ivylab.co using the order number.

A pre-paid return shipping label will be provided for eligible bouquet swap.

Upon receiving the returned bouquet, the company will inspect it to ensure it meets the criteria for exchange before processing the credit.

6. REFUNDS & RETURNS 

6.1 Refunds

14 days open purchase. The products must then be in unused condition, and in the original box. Refunds are not provided except in cases of defective products.

6.2 Non-returnable tems

Please note that custom or personalized bouquets, as well as cut stems, are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged..

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, trademarks, and content on our website are the exclusive property of IVY LAB AB.

Customers are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

8. PRIVACY POLICY

We are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is collected, used, and protected.

9. LIABILITY

The company is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

10. MODIFICATION TO TERMS

The company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
